Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)

Manitoba, abbreviated as MB, is located in western Canada, bordered by Alberta to the west and Saskatchewan to the east. With a population of approximately 1.3 million, the capital and largest city is Winnipeg, with a population of around 700,000. Manitoba consistently ranks among the top provinces in terms of annual provincial nomination allocations in Canada. Its immigration policies are particularly friendly to individuals with work and study experience in Manitoba, making it a popular destination for those considering study-to-immigrate pathways.

MPNP’s immigration programs primarily focus on skilled workers and international students, both of which require scoring through Manitoba’s Expression of Interest (EOI) system for selection. It’s important to note that MPNP programs do not have an Express Entry (EE) pathway, and applications at the federal stage must follow the regular processing route.

MPNP Skilled Worker - In Manitoba

The MPNP Skilled Worker category is based on an Expression of Interest (EOI) scoring system for provincial nomination. After meeting basic eligibility requirements, applicants must submit their information through the EOI system, where they are scored, and invitations are issued based on the highest scores.
